Today most of us have heard of and seen Bonsai and many of us even received one as a present, which we have promptly managed to kill. Some of us have given up and some of us have decided not to be daunted and have decided to carry on and learn more about these beautiful and enchanting little trees.

Since you are reading this article I presume you have or are thinking about learning and finding out more.

This site is dedicated to you and your quest into learning about and mastering the Art and Practice of Bonsai.

Keeping and growing Bonsai is not as hard as you may believe. They are no more difficult to look after than most houseplants or garden plants. All they need to survive is food, water and light. The secret of having your Bonsai flourish is in understanding what, how much and when each one of you Bonsai Trees needs these.

Also as they are Bonsai you will need to understand when and how to prune and shape and re-pot your little trees. Keeping the tree healthy is of course just a part of the craft of bonsai, to truly master the Bonsai we shall explore the depths of the Art and Way of Bonsai.
