UK parcels are dispatched within 2 working days using the Shipping Service you opted for - Royal Mail or Courier. We use Courier service for all Bonsai Dispatched. Bonsai and other plant materials are usually only dispatched on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and with. The Courier service is a 48 hour service; faster deliveries can be arranged upon request.
International parcels are sent by air mail by Courier. For International Service we do not accept liability for any re-delivery charges should our carrier be unable to access the delivery address supplied or customs duties levied on international consignments. We cannot ship Bonsai and Pants outside the EU, but will ship other goods to most parts of the world. Please call us to enquire about International Shipping Costs and to place international orders.
UK parcels can take between 5 to 10 WORKING days. While International Parcels can take considerably longer. Where there is a delay we will inform you by email.
For urgent or timed deliveries please call before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Whilst we carry a high volume of stock it is inevitable that, due to demand, there will be occasions when we are awaiting shipment from our suppliers. In such instances you will be advised by email or telephone. You can either have the item placed on back order for or request a full refund. Where an item is out of stock we are happy to dispatch the rest of your order and send on the other items later at no extra cost to you.
Parcels below 2 kg are sent by RoyalMail First Class while parcels over 2 kgs are sent by RoyalMail Parcel delivery normal delivery times between 3-5 working days.
