About the event
Most bonsai enthusiasts bounce from one extreme to the other when it comes to watering and feeding. You learn techniques that help you recognise when your bonsai needs watering and fertilising and when they do not. You learn to recognise when bonsai are overwatered or overfed. You learn how to achieve a balanced watering and seasonal feeding regime.
During this session, we explore, water and its role in plant development. We will investigate macro and micronutrients and how they affect plant growth and when and how to administer them. We will work on building a feeding and watering program for bonsai. You will learn how to make blend your very own healthy organic fertilisers.
