About the event
We will explore the techniques available to us to shape our bonsai and briefly look at both the Botanical needs and Artistic goals of shaping and how to achieve harmony between the two. This module deals with the pruning of broadleaf species and we explore the various types of broadleaf species and how their pruning requirements differ from type to type and season to season.
Hands-on-work begins by mid-morning, when we concentrate on the pruning requirements of common broadleaf species.
